Yes and no. While standard (full size) P99 magazines will fit and function in the P99c, it is the magazine floorplate's mating with the bottom of the grip that stops the magazine's upward travel, meaning that continued use of P99 magazines in a P99c may break or otherwise damage the ejector.
To address this issue, Carl Walther recently started to produce the magazine sleeve, which enables the safe use of P99 magazines in the P99c, by covering the exposed portion of the magazine body. The Carl Walther part number is 273 05 37. Walther America (aka, Smith & Wesson) will begin distributing this part in early 2007. Below is a photo of it in use with a P99c:
It is strongly recommended that you use magazines of the same caliber.
