How does the Sig Pro trigger compare to those of the Sig Classics?

I have found that the single-action (SA) trigger of the Sig Pro is every bit as smooth as those of Sig Classics, but that the double-action (DA) trigger is actually better. Of course, trigger feel, for both SA and DA modes, is a subjective thing. Most people find that the trigger pull of the Sig Pro is much better than most polymer-framed pistols in that it doesn't have a spongy or plastic-like feel. The only exception is the Walther P99, which has an exceptional trigger. Interestingly, the one-piece fire control assembly of the Sig Pro was derived from those used in the Sig P210.

The Sig Pro's DA trigger is rated at 10lbs, and its SA trigger is rated at 4.5lbs.
