No. It generally considered unwise to convert a 9mm pistol to .40 Auto or .357 Sig. For one thing, the breechface would be too narrow. We know of no company who sells such barrels.
Likewise, a 9mm SP 2022 cannot be converted to .40 Auto or .357 Sig for the same reasons..
